Our one bedroom, two bath units are approximately 1000 square feet and come with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area and many more features that you will find to make you feel right at home. This complex is only 6 stories high and each unit has been decorated according to the owner’s style and charm.

All units have either, 1 King, 2 Queens or 2 Full Size beds as well as a sofa sleeper for more sleeping space. Each unit has a complete kitchen, cable TV/VCR or DVD player.

The amenities include a beachside pool(heated in the winter months), with lounging facilities, large parking lot, tennis court, shuffleboard, a clubhouse with a pool table and of course the expansive beach area.

Mariner East is surrounded by many local seafood and steak restaurants for your dining enjoyment, as well as quaint boutiques, surf, dive and souvenir shops. In addition to the local charms you will find in Panama City Beach, a new array of shops and restaurants are opening in Pier Park, located only twenty minutes from Mariner East.
